Ch 1. Sc 2 tog around. Sl st to join. Fasten off after row 14.

Ch 1. Sc 10 in the magic circle. Sl st to first ch to join.

Part 1: Ears

(Make 2)

Attach the yarn directly to the body of the pig. You will do this twice to make 2 ears.

Make a sl kt then sl st between row 3 and 4. Make a total of 3 sl stitches.

Ch 1. Turn. Sc 3.

Row 2

Ch 1. Turn. Sc 3.

Row 3

Ch 1. Turn. Sc 3 tog. Fasten off and weave in ends.

Part 1: Arms

(Make 2)

Crochet the arms directly to the body and then the heart to make movable arms.

Attach

Sl kt. And then sl st 1 between rows 8 and 9.

Chain

Ch 5. Then sl st 1 into the heart.

Row 1

Sc 1 in the second ch from the hook. Then sc 5 in the rest of the ch spaces. Sl st again between rows 8 and 9.

Part 1: Eyelids

(Make 2)

For a softer look, place two strands of yarn over the eyes on a slight angle to soften the eyes.

Row 1

Using a little bit of pink yarn, insert the yarn from back to front and pull out the darning needle next to the middle of the eyes. Then thread the yarn next the top of the eyes.

Part 2: Snout

(Make 1)

Pig snout is made in one row

Nose

Grab your black yarn and darning needle. Insert the hook from the back of the body then make two symmetrical vertical lines.

Chain

Ch 4.

Row 1

Sc 2 in the 2nd loop from hook. Sc 1 in the next. Sc 2 in the last stitch. Rotate and sc 2 in the same stitch. Sc 1 on the opposite side. Sc 2 on the last ch space. Fasten off and leave a long tail.

Attach

Use the long tail to weave in the snout between the eyes.

Part 2: Tail

(Make 1)

Make the tail apart from the body then sl st it onto the body.

Chain

Chain 7.

Row 1

Sl st in the 2nd ch from the hook and sl st 5 for a total of sl st 6. Then insert the hook inbetween rows 11 and row 12 and sl st to join to body. Fasten off and weave in ends.

Curl the tail

Twist the tail counter clockwise to curl it. Retwist as needed.

Part 3: Heart
