With color A ch 4. Sc 4. Sl st to the 1nd chain to join.

Ch 3. Dc 2 in the mc. Ch 2. (Dc 3. Ch 2) x 3 in the mc. Sl st to top of ch 3.

Sl st to the corner ch space. Ch 3. Dc 2 in the ch space. Ch 2. Dc 3 in the same ch space. Dc 3, ch 1 in the next ch space. [Dc 3, ch 2, dc 3 in the corner space. Dc 3, ch 1 in the next ch space] x 3. Sl st to join.

Sl st to the corner ch space. Ch 3. Dc 2 in the ch space. Ch 2. Dc 3 in thr same ch space. Dc 3, ch 1 in next ch space. Switch to color B and dc 3, ch 2, dc 3, ch 1 in corner, switch to color A, dc 3, ch 1 in next space, switch to color B, dc 2, ch 1. Dc 3, ch 2, dc 3 in corner. Switch to color B, dc 3, ch 1. Sl st to top of ch 3. 

Ch 3. Dc 2 in same ch space as last sl st from row 3. Ch 1

Sl st the right side of one square with the left side of the other. You only slip stitch through the back loop of the crochet stitch on the squares.

Place the front and back panels on top of one another with the right side facing out. Start by seaming the sides together using the same method as before. Leave a square and a half length opening on the top of each side for the sleeves. Then seam one square length on the top for each shoulder.

Grab one sleeve panel and have the wrong side facing you. Fold both sides of the panel toward the middle so the ends meet in the center. Seam the panel into a tube. Then attach the sleeve to the opening on the front & back panel at the top cover and proceed to seam the sleeve to the arm opening. Fasten off with a sl st and weave in ends.

Sl kt and sl st to the opening of a granny square. Ch 1, sc 1 in each stitch. At the granny square corner, sc 1, sc 2 tog reaching across to the next granny corner, and sc 1 in the new granny square. Continue to sc 1 around. Sl st to join.

Ch 1, sc 1 around. Sl st to join.

Ch 1, sl st around. Sl sto to join and fasten off. Weave in ends.

For the neckline, repeat the same steps but sc 2 together at the corners where the front and back panels meet for row 1-2.
