Before you begin...

This pattern is worked in the round using slip stitches (sl st), double crochet (dc), back post double crochet (bpdc) and front post double crochet (fpdc).

Part 1: Stem

(Make 1)

Start with the stem. You can choose to add more of less rows for different size stems.

Magic circle

Make a magic circle or slip stitch, chain 4, and join to first chain with slip stitch.

Row 1

Chain 2 (ch 2). Double crochet 10 (dc 10). Slip stitch to join.

Row 2

Ch 2. (Dc 1, fpdc 1) X 5. Sl st to join.

Row 3-4

Repeat row 2 until the stem is the desired length. I did 4 rows of brown total.
